Frequently asked Questions:

Order are packed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on Monday. If you have chosen a Next Day Delivery option, your order will be sent the same day it was placed. The cut off time for Next Day Delivery orders is 1pm.
Delivery to the UK & Ireland s estimated at around 3/4 days. International Post is estimated at around 7 to 10 days. We use Yodel or EVRI for standard delivery, and Royal Mail for International and Next Day deliveries.
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. ​ Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
To make sure you receive your new order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it's way to you.
If you have received your order but something is damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@NinaKane.com as soon as possible with your order number, and a photo of the issue, our team will send out a replacement for you right away.
If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons). All returns should be sent back unworn, in their original packaging and with a fully tracked + signed delivery service. We process returns within 14 days and funds will return to your account within 10 days. If you received a free gift with your order, and you are looking for a refund, you will need to return both items to us.
Please read our returns policy before starting your return. To make a return, simply log in to your customer account and you will be able to submit a return. If you do not have an account, you can contact us at Sales@NinaKane.com.
If you have received a free gift with your order, and are looking for a full refund, you will have to return the entire order including the free gift. If however, you decide to keep some items from the order, you may keep the free gift if the parts of the order you keep mean that you’re still eligible for the free gift. Please email us at sales@Ninakane.com if you need any help.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
